As I’m on my journey to health and wellness, I have to admit there are days I just feel like crap!! One of my main goals at this point in my life is to focus on thriving and not just surviving BUT in order to do that there has to be an understanding as well as a plan in developing health goals. Over the past decade, I’ve developed some chronic health issues such as fibromyalgia, adrenal fatigue and anxiety.
